DNG Converter not recognizing ARW files

Hi all

Trying to convert my ARW files to DNG for Lightroom processing (which I have done many times before), but seems like DNG converter has stopped recognizing my photo files - when I go to Select Folder, all of the photo files are grayed out.  This is also true if I look at other file types like JPG.  I tried updating the DNG converter and restarting but no luck.

My hardware/software for reference: 

DNG converter 17.1.0.2100

Mac OS M1 Pro, running Sonoma 14.5
