DNG converter not recognizing RAF files...

I just bought a Fujifilm X-E3 camera.  I have Photoshop CS5.  I can't import the RAF files.  I read the help forums and have updated my RAW to version 6.7.  I need version 10, but Adobe won't provide that update.  So I downloaded the DNG converted as suggested by Adobe and the help forums.  The application will not recognize the RAF files within the folder (I moved them to their own folder separate from the jpg files that the camera salesman wisely suggested I use in addition to RAW files).  Now what. Adobe, tell me what to do so that my head will not explode.  Thank you.

You need at least dng converter 9.9

Cameras supported by Camera Raw

Use the 10.4 dng converter.

Adobe - Adobe Camera Raw and DNG Converter : For Macintosh : Adobe DNG Converter 10.4

In the DNG Converter just select the Source Folder, don't try to select the actual RAF files inside.

@Jeff Arola - I did select the Source Folder rather than the files themselves and it still won't convert to dng. Is there another way to approach converting the .raf files into dng to be able to be opened by cs6 desktop?

Which Fuji camera do you have?

What version of the dng converter are you using?

What operating system are you using?
