Download and install camera raw

You cannot just install Camera Raw. It is a plug-in, and you need to have Photoshop or Photoshop Elements in order to use it. It is not a standalone product that can be used by itself. If you have a qualifying product, that product should "know how" to get Camera Raw and have utilities to update.

Follow the instructions on this link. Make sure you're version of Photoshop or elements supports that versions of camera raw.
