Editable panels in Camera Raw?

Can we get the UI to be editable like Adobe Premiere, Photoshop etc - so we can choose which panels to "disclose" rather than Adobe's slightly arbitary choices? I mean seriously, who applies a vignette in ACR without adjusting its settings? We have Lightroom for playtime.
