Generative AI in ACR not working

I have the latest version of ACR.  I use a Wacom pen as well as a mouse.  I have the setting to use my GPU. I try to us Generative AI and I only get a rectangle with both the pen and the mouse.  I tried right click, I tried closeing the program and restarting.  I do not see an overlay, I cannot brush anything.  There is just the rectangle.

How do I fix this?
