GPU not detected in ACR 18.4.1 and beyond.

My GPU is no longer being recognized by Adobe Camera Raw from versions 18.4.1 and beyond (18.4.0 has no issues). Both 18.4.1 and 18.5 are showing the issue for me. Upon upgrading to Adobe Camera Raw 18.4.1 I immediately had the "Camera Raw requires GPU acceleration to edit photos" error when launching ACR from (up to date ) Adobe Bridge. Same result with ACR used with Photoshop.  Both Photoshop and Lightroom themselves showed no GPU issues. No other editing program that recognizes my GPU is having an issue either.

My system is as follows:  OS Version: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro (10.0.26200 Build 26200), Video Card: RTX 4070 12GB. Nvida Studio Driver 610.88, 64GB RAM.

Since this occurred on July 20th I've installed a wide variety of versions of ACR. The error occurs only when ACR 18.4.1 or 18.5 are installed.  Downgrading to an earlier version of ACR fixes the problem, upgrading to 18.4.1 or beyond reintroduces it.

I initially had this issue crop up with a year old version of the NVIDIA drivers for my card.  I'm current on the Nvida Studio Driver 610.88, but have tried approximately 5 different versions of the driver released over the past year (properly cleaning them out with DDU after a reboot into safe mode each time). No version of the driver restored GPU recognition in ACR for 18.4.1 and beyond.

I ran through the ACR GPU FAQ and troubleshooting suggestions many times.

I've attached the log ACR gives when it is first launched after initial installation.

Thanks for any suggestions that may fix this. :)
