GPU supported in Photoshop but not supported in Camera Raw

Why is it that my GPU is supported by all Adobe products except Camera Raw? My GPU is Geforce Gtx 1060 6gb Dual Oc Pci Express 3.0 and I'm using Windows 10 and Camera Raw 13.3.

First off, this is a user to user forum so we don't know the fine details of the coding of each Adobe application. 

Next, ACR is a plug-in and there are restrictions that stand alone applications may not have, so it is entirely possible that your GPU is being used differently not only between a plug-in and a standalone but between various applications too (like between Lightroom Classic and ACR).
