Hi all,

When we have Photoshop open, go to Help> GPU compatibility... >We are getting an error message within Adobe Photoshop 2023 stating “Your graphics processor is incompatible:

     x OpenCl unavailable

     x DirectX unavailable

x Insufficient VRAM: (0 MB of 1500 MB required)

     - OpenGL available

   GPU Detected: Unknown GPU (UNKNOWN)"

How can we get the GPU to be recognized by Photoshop, please? We have already read the FAQs but can’t find a clear solution.

Photoshop Camera Raw Preferences: 15.4.0.1508

PC settings:

Windows 10

Display Adapter: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX/9800 GTX+

Driver: Just updated to version 342.01

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro, 64 bits

Processor: Intel Core i7-8700K CPU 3.70GHz

RAM: 32 GB
