We are sorry about the issue you are facing with the Camera Raw interface.

Would you mind sharing some details related to the computer you are using like the version of the operating system you are running and the Graphics Card you have? Also, what is the version of Photoshop and Camera Raw currently installed on your computer?

Do you have any issues with the Camera Raw interface when opening a Raw file in Photoshop directly, when it first opens with Camera Raw or the issue only comes up when accessing Camera Raw through the filter menu?

You can try to disable the Graphics Processor from the Camera Raw preferences by option mentioned in the link below.
