How do I reset the crop tool in Camera Raw?

In Camera Raw 9.5.1 my Crop Tool will not work properly,  crop ratios are not displayed and the tool is frozen with the Straighten Tool. I need a fix to reset this tool.

    If you just left click and hold on the crop tool icon will it let you reset it?

    Agree, the crop is horrible!  No smooth movement, no response.

      Just downloaded the new Camera raw and cannot get crop tool to work correctly as in the previous version.

      No instant movement
