How to copy Camera Raw 12.0 settings

Hey there, 

Can someone tell me how I can copy the edited setting of a Raw picture in Camera Raw 12, in order to copy it to another picture? I have been using this tool very often in for instance Lightroom by just using the controls + 'c' & 'v'. Nevertheless this is not working in Camera Raw. Also the tabs such as 'Image' and 'edit' in the top of my screen are not showing me anything when I try to click on them, so I can not copy the setting my clicking in the tab menu either. 

What am I doing wrong?
