Huawei matebook 16 - photoshop does not work for raw files

I have ongoing problems when I work with RAW files, my laptop shows them with damaged graphics. I thought that it is because of the updates, but the laptop was updated and the problem does not disappear. 

What is a bug and how to change it?

If turning OFF GPU works, it's a GPU bug and you need to contact the manufacturer or find out if there's an updated driver for it. This is why disabling GPU is an option as more and more functionality moves to the GPU in newer versions of many Adobe products.
