i bought a refurb Mac and am trying to learn how to use Adobe products. It won't pull up my raw files. what can I do? Please in the simplest way as my tech skills are very elementary.

I tried instaLLING CAMERA RAW I got an error message. Mac netbook refurbished. Rookie operator all around. Can anyone help me with this?
