I cannot open CR2 files in Photoshop

Since a few days I cannot open cr2 files from my Canon EOS-5D Mark III camera in Photoshop no more.
Also DNG images (if I export them as DNG from Lightroom) are not working in Photoshop.

Please help, because I have no clue what I have to do?
