In Adobe Camera RAw (ACR), in the Presets Panel, when I right-click on a saved preset, what is meant by "Set Modal Raw Settings"?

From the team:

"These two commands are shortcuts for associating the clicked preset with raw defaults.  The first command (global) is for all cameras.  The second one (model) is for the current specific camera model."
