Issue loading images into PS after ACR update

After updating Bridge, ACR and PS, I am now having a glitch in PS. However, I believe this might be an ACR issue because Photoshop will open, but my images now flash white instead of just loading. Can anyone help me figure out why my images will now not load into PS? I need to be able to edit. And yes, I have tried "restarting" the program. 

Attached is a screen record of what PS looks like when I try to open any image. These are RAW files that were pre-edited in Bridge/ACR, and I always open my images via this route to finish them in PS. It looks like the app updates have made this worse.
