Keyboard shortcuts to control sliders

Hi all,

I've jumped back from Lightroom to Camera Raw / Photoshop due to the lack of performance updates. Bought the newest macbook pro full specced and still horribly slow. Could not work with it.

Any how. i'm happy with my new workflow except for the fact that i cant control sliders with my keyboard as is possible with lightroom (when you click on a name such as exposure you can default change the value by the + and - sign)

This is not possible on Camera Raw so far i know. Of course i can select the text field and then use my up and down arrows. but then i always need a mouse to select. any idea's?

You should be able to hit the Tab key and that will highlight something on that pane and then use the Tab key to get the relevant field and then use the up or down arrow keys to adjust.
