Large file sizes after exporting JPGs [was: hI]

Hi. I'm new to lightroom classic and i have issues with file size when images are exported

.I imported an image as a raw file into my library, watermarked it and expoted it as a jpeg. File size ended up being 203kb.

I imported the same image as a jpeg into my photo app, cloned it a little before saving it. This same image is 5.93mb

This is happening to all of my files
