where is the lens correction module in the new adobe raw?

It's under "Geometry". From here you can open the "Manual Transformations"

Under "Optics" you find "Distortion" and "Vignette"

    Where is "Distortion"? This seems to be missing from the new camera raw. I don't see it on your screen shot either.
