Hello,

I am unable to locate the Lens Distortion Tool in Camera Raw. Can anyone Please guide me?

You will find what you require in the "Optics" panel.

Ctrl + 6 will take you straight there.

Thanks for your reply. I am using Photoshop 2021, but in my camera Raw the horizontal toolbar is always missing. I don't know why ? How do I activate it.

The entire layout of Camera Raw has been revised. There is no horizontal toolbar any longer. It has been replaced by a vertical panels bar down the right hand side. All the previous functions are still available though some names have changed and much more has now been added.
