Lens profiles in ACR are incorrect, not really correcting distorsion

One of our photographers uses Nikon D3S and an 18-35 mm lens which gives a horrible barrel distorsion and ACR can´t correct it. The closest fit I can find is 14 mm. but still not ok.
Are the developers at Adobe still working on this old profile?
