Limited graphics acceleration is active with a rtx 5070 ti GPU

I have had some problems with Camera raw since Version 17.2 came out. it crashs almost every time I try to mask. At the time I had a RTX 3060 TI GPU and have had no problem with it before. I thought it was the 3060 that was defect so now I have bought a 5070 TI. but Camera ram still crashes when I mask and I can't set up the 5070 TI properly under performance it says that the 5070 TI is only Limited graphics acceleration is active.

Its in danish but Begrænset means Limited

Can anyone help?
