LIQUIFY TOOL NOW NOT WORKING WITH THE UPGRADE TO 13.1

I am in ACR  13.1 & now my liquify is NOT working @ all.  I just let an Adobe tech get into my computer to fix it & he couldn't.  Essentially he told  me with the new update, I would need to buy a graphics card & have it installed.  does anyone know it I can go back to an older version of camera raw to when my graphics card was working.  I literally asked him if I could do that & he gave me the instructions for installing Camera Raw plug in 13.1. So he was NO help @ all. I'm upset to say the least.  IF I have to have a graphics card installed on my somewhat new computer ,  is it expensive ?

Do you mean the liquify tool in Photoshop? There is no such thing in ACR. You would have to provide details of your system before a GPU could be recommended, but no, you would not need an expensive top end card for Photoshop use.

yes, I mean in PS, but he told me it was due to the ACR upgrade.  in the preference file of PS, it says my GPU is set to 4, I checked to see what I have & it says I have "  Intel (R) HD Graphics 4600 currently.  what other detail can I provide for help?  also,  can't I put my acr back to the old program so this HD graphics card will continue to work ?  I thought I read that someone else had to do this. I just hate to spend the money on a new graphics card if it's not needed   Thanks

Need to know your full system specification. You can get this info from Photoshop About and upload here. Yes, you can downgrade to older versions - there are numerous posts here regarding how to do this with appropriate links to the download files.
