Loading large numbers of images results in yellow triangle warnings

I am trying to firgure out why 15.1 camera raw editor has become basically unusable. When I load a large number (200-400) of images to edit all I see are grey boxes with yellow triangles. I honeslty cant belive I pay for this garbage.

Things I have tried -> Purged caches, loading smaller amount of images, reseting camera raw settings and so on. I have tried all the "solved" silutinons suggested in these forums. The reason why this is so annoying is because I am on a brand new computer too. There are no more reason for this program to perfomr so poorly.

Also if anyone has other non adobe photos editing programs please suggest them as I would love to not have to pay for this junk.
