Missing Highlight Priority in Post Crop Vignetting

Hi, Im looking for the different of styles in Effects, cant`t seem to find Highlight Priority in Post Crop Vignetting. I have the 13.4 version.

Expand the Disclosure Triangle to the right of the Vignette value.
