OK, I confess, I'm ancient, so would someone give me a link to initiate a chat?
Adobe responded to my email by saying click on the icon, but I can't find icon?

For months now I have been trying to get my adjustment brush in camera raw
to work with no success. I have uninstalled everything, then deleted all the folders
for everything Adobe and then run the Adobe cleaner and then reinstalled, but no
success. So I would like to initiate a chat, but can't find the link, so ...

And in the lower-right corner there is the 'chat' icon.

Use a desktop browser like Firefox or Chrome that accepts cookies and does not have script blocking add-ons.

Have you posted a screen-clip of your Brush settings in this forum? It may give a clue for other users to provide an answer.
