Older versions of the DNG converter no longer accessable

Someone was asking about a DNG converter with Windows 7 compatibility. That would be 12.4, but the current DNG download page: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/digital-negative.html#downloads

only offers 13.2  I can't see anyway to get to them on Adobe's pages. Does anyone know if there is?

I'd like to know where  things stand because it is frustrating that I can't offer the downloads that were once so easy to get to.

Thanks for this, I've macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 (maximum that my old MacBook Pro can be upgraded to).

Using the ftp link, I was able to download the latest supported version 12.4, which works perfectly.

Thanks J.J.  Unfortunately this is all I can get and I was trying to find 12.4 for Windows.

Adobe took down many download links, For Photoshop and ACR.  Their FTP site still seems to support open access
