Out-of-date and incomplete Help for "Specify Where Camera Settings Are Stored"

The Help section Manage Camera Raw settings > Specify where Camera Raw settings are stored

is out-of-date, describing versions earlier than 12.3 that provided a Camera Raw Database.  It also mentions the Export Settings To XMP command, which appears to have been removed as well.

The section also doesn't document the options for DNG File Handling > Sidecars: Always Use Sidecar XMP Files, Embed XMP In DNG, and Ignore Sidecar XMP Files.  I challenge anyone to tell me the difference between the last two options (without testing). See here for my reverse-engineered documentation of those options:
