Camera Raw: CTRL+ALT+O cancels all changes without confirmation

Hitting CTRL+ALT+O in Camera Raw opens the image and CANCELS ALL CHANGES without any prompt. Considering that CTRL+ALT+0 is the 100% ZOOM it is way to easy to accidentally lose ALL of your work!!!
