Hola!

Hey, @Elena30045454f0kw. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. Will move this to the Camera Raw board later. I'll help you figure this out.

What version of Photoshop, Camera Raw & the operating system are you working on? Denoise won't work with non-raw images such as JPEGs, TIFFs, and HEICs. AI Denoise is part of the Enhance features in Camera Raw. Check here to learn more: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/using/enhance.html

You cannot access Denoise, Enhance & Super Resolution in Photoshop as a workflow difference when you select Filter > Camera Raw Filter in Photoshop.

In Photoshop, go to File > Open > select a supported RAW file & it should open in Camera Raw. At this stage, you can use the Enhance > AI Denoise.

Let me know if this helps. Thanks!
