I am experiencing serious issues with Photoshop 26.3.0 on Windows 11 when trying to open .ARW (Sony RAW) files. The application crashes and closes unexpectedly without displaying a clear error message. In the Windows Event Viewer, I see the following message:

Steps I Have Tried Without Success:

1. Updating Photoshop and Adobe Camera Raw (I have the latest version installed).

2. Updating GPU drivers (Both NVIDIA and Intel drivers are up to date).

3. Resetting Photoshop Preferences (Ctrl + Alt + Shift on startup).

4. Disabling GPU Usage in Photoshop (Edit > Preferences > Performance).

5. Reinstalling Photoshop and Camera Raw.

6. Checking if ARW files are corrupted (they open fine in other programs like Lightroom and Sony Imaging Edge).
