Hi Cjiejun,

The highest ACR you can have with CS6 is version 8.7. You need a minimum version of ACR of 9.7 to see the images from the Canon 5D, m4.

You have two choices:

the free one: download DNG Converter (Adobe Digital Negative Converter ) and convert all of your images before you try to access them in CS6.

The one that costs money: subscribe to the Adobe Photography plan so you always have up-to-date software. The link to chose which one is here: Compare plans |Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan

The DNG converter is definitely the logical solution if you want to continue using Photoshop CS6. However, one point of clarification. Camera Raw 9.1.1 is the last version of Camera Raw that is compatible with that of version of Photoshop.
