photoshop elements 13? [Unable to open Nikon D7500 Raw files]

Beste

Ik docht een paar jaar geleden adobe photoshop elements 13. Ik heb nu een Nikon camera waarop ik afbeedlingen kan opslaan als RAW-bestand. Helaas kan ik die niet openen in mijn Photoshop programma ondanks dat ik de voorgestelde updates installeer. Hoe komt dit?

That model requires at least Camera Raw 9.12, and that version is not supported by Photoshop Elements 13. It will either be necessary for you to upgrade your Photoshop Elements or use the free standalone DNG converter to create DNG files that can be used with what you already have.

Photoshop Elements is quite old, and is not compatible with more recent versions of Camera Raw. Camera Raw is needed to convert your NEF files. What Nikon camera model are you using?
