photoshop keeps crashing when using camera raw

To prevent the accidental use of the Camera Raw filter, you can hide it from the Filter menu. To do this, follow these steps:

• Go to Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts and Menus.
• Click on the Menus tab.
• Find Filter > Camera Raw Filter.
• Click on the eyeball icon to turn it off.
• The Camera Raw Filter will no longer appear in the Filter menu.

You can reset the camera raw preferences by:

• Hold down the Command key and select Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw (macOS) or hold down the Ctrl key and select Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw (Windows).

• Click Yes in the dialog that asks "Delete the Camera Raw Preferences?"
