Pls help🙏🏻. Photoshop v 21.1.2 Camera Raw got empty interface on Mac

Mac Catalina 10.15.4

Installed Photoshop v 21.1.2

Camera Raw is “Up to date”

No interface of Camera Raw is showing.  Imposable to navigate or do any adjustments.

Please, anyone knows how to solve this problem?

Hi there,

 

We are sorry about the experience with the Camera Raw interface.

 

Please go to the Preferences for Camera Raw by going to the Photoshop menu on the top left, then Preferences and then Camera Raw preferences. Then select Performance and disable the option to Use Graphics Processor. Once done, quit and relaunch Photoshop to check if it helps.

 

If that doesn't help, please uninstall Camera Raw using the Creative Cloud cleaner tool. You can check: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

 

Then re-install the Camera Raw plug-in using the link: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-in-installer.html
