plus d'acces à caméra raw

Bonjour

Depuis quelques jours lorsque j'essaie d'ouvrir mes RAWs depuis l'explorateur Windows ou depuis photoshop j'ai des problèmes.

Caméra Raw ne s'ouvre pas et Photoshop se bloque.

De même si j'essaie d'utilisé le filtre camera raw depuis photo shop

C'est des extention traditionnelles CR2 et CR3.

Malgrès pas mal de recherche je n'ai paqs trouvé la solution.

J'ai réinstaller la dernière version de photoshop et de caméra Raw mais c'est toujours pareil.

I was very satisfied with my Adobe system versions until everything evolved to version 2024 of Photoshop. For 5 days (more like nights...) my system has no longer worked with camera raw (ACR I think?).

I have reviewed almost all of the conversations of this honorable assembly relating to Camera Raw pb.
I have applied the advice “many” times:

- CTRL key in camera raw preference
- Uninstallation * and reinstallation of the complete suite (* as much as possible with this mystery program which is nowhere...)
- Disabled my graphics card (NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650) on Dell G315 PC.
- Reactivated everything with up-to-date drivers.

All these actions which are the solutions answered to the reported blocking questions do not work on my config:

I can no longer open .CR2, .CR3 or other files, I can no longer access the Raw camera filter
I can only open jpeg or psd files...
What is going on, you tell me?
Answer: NOTHING.

Every time someone presents the same setbacks as me, the discussion stops...
Can anyone provide THE SOLUTION to this blockage which makes PS completely inoperable?

Try this:

In the Device manager, disable the Intel(R) UHD Graphics.

Having two GPUs enabled is known to create issues.

Bonjour,

j'étais très satisfait de mes versions systême Adobe jusqu'à ce que l'ensemble évolu vers la version 2024de Photoshop. Depuis 5 jours (plutot nuits...) mon systême ne fonctionne plus avec camera raw (ACR je croie?).

J'ai descendu la quasi totalité des conversation de cette honorable assemblée relatives aux pb Camera Raw.

J'ai appliqué "moultes"fois les conseils:

- Touche CTRL dans préférence camera raw

- Dé-installation * et réinstallation de la suite complète   (* autant que faire se peut avec ce programme mystère qui est nul-part...)

- Déactivé ma carte graphique (NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650) sur PC Dell G315.

- Réactivé le tout avec drivers à jour.

-...

Toutes ces actions qui sont les solutions répondues aux questions de blocage signalées ne fonctionnent pas sur ma config:

Je ne peux plus ouvrir de fichiers .CR2 .CR3 ou autres, je ne peux plus accéder au filtre camera Raw

je ne peux ouvrir que des fichiers jpeg ou psd...

Que se passet-il me direz vous ?

I was very satisfied with my Adobe system versions until everything evolved to version 2024 of Photoshop. For 5 days (more like nights...) my system has no longer worked with camera raw (ACR I think?).

I have reviewed almost all of the conversations of this honorable assembly relating to Camera Raw pb.
I have applied the advice “many” times:

- CTRL key in camera raw preference
- Uninstallation * and reinstallation of the complete suite (* as much as possible with this mystery program which is nowhere...)
- Disabled my graphics card (NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650) on Dell G315 PC.
- Reactivated everything with up-to-date drivers.

-...

All these actions which are the solutions answered to the reported blocking questions do not work on my config:

I can no longer open .CR2, .CR3 or other files, I can no longer access the Raw camera filter
I can only open jpeg or psd files...
What is going on, you tell me?
Answer: NOTHING.

Every time someone presents the same setbacks as me, the discussion stops...
Can anyone provide THE SOLUTION to this blockage which makes PS completely inoperable?

Try this:

In the Device manager, disable the Intel(R) UHD Graphics.

Having two GPUs enabled is known to create issues.

    Try resetting your ACR preferences, better? 

    Hold down the Command key and select Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw (MacOS) or hold down the Ctrl key and select Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw (Windows).

    Click Yes in the dialog that asks "Delete the Camera Raw Preferences?"

        Bonjour,

        Depuis quelques temps je n'ai plus d'accès a caméra raw.

        Lorsque je lance l'ouverture un fichier RAW (CR2 ou CR3) photoshop se bloque.

        Je dispose de la dernière version des deux logiciels, sous Windows 11.

        J'ai re installé les deux outils mais sans résultat

        J'ai mis à jour les pilote de ma carte graphique NVIDIA.

        Par contre ca marche bien avec photoshop élèment mais ce n'est pas ce que je souhaite.

        Par contre le problème est le même si je converti mes raw en DNG...

        Après beaucoup de recherche, je n'ai pas trouvé la solution à mon problème

        Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution ?
