Presets in Camera RAW 13.1

I only have a few presets (fortunately!) that I have made over the years and they have lived in the correct camera RAW settings folder and either appeared when a new version of camera RAW was launched or I could do a simple import and they would all load. Now with CR 13.1 there seems to be a confusing array of options. You can't load more than one at a time and it often comes in with a slightly different name.

I list mine as 00, 01, 02 etc to keep them in a sort order, this has never caused a problem in the past but now some are named 03 when its actually04, I put Ps21 at the end to show thay are used with Photoshop version and it comes in as Ps22. Clicking the waste bin symbol to the side of the preset actually deletes them from the folder, it never used to do that and caused a scary moment when I hadn't backed up my latest set. Anyone else having similar issues and tips to make sense of this. Something very simple now seems extremely complicated.
