Problem in crop and automatic fill generation in camera raw 18.4.1

Cropping an image (sometimes some border parts are transparent pixels ) : when generative development sub-panel is rolled down(”generate” button lit in blue) generate fill starts automatically and it fails; when rolled up (“generate” button not visible), it doesn't automatically start. Seriously Adobe? Is this a software we pay money for? 

Please @adobe stop giving us meaningless new versions; we prefer tools that actually work to flashy Firefly options.

    Hey, ​@JFSylla. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I’ve moved your post to Camera Raw. I'll help you figure this out. 

    I've tried to recreate this, but I couldn't recreate it exactly. Please share a video of the issue and the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

    Please test and confirm if Photoshop (Beta) has an issue. You can get Photoshop (Beta) from the Creative Cloud > Apps tab > Beta Apps section.

    I will do it if I find the time; also when generate fill for crop starts automatically (which it isn’t supposed to do), you get an error message at the end “check your internet connection”, after a minute of thinking..

    Seriously, does Adobe test these things? or they're more concentrated on releasing one new version after the other?

    I completely understand your frustration, but please be assured that we do thoroughly test our features before they are released. That said, every system environment is unique, and sometimes certain issues only surface under specific hardware, software, or configuration combinations. These environment-specific issues can be difficult to reproduce internally.

    As Sameer mentioned earlier, we're currently unable to replicate this behavior on our end. Without being able to reproduce it, it's difficult for the product team to identify the root cause or work on a fix.

    If you're able to share the requested system information and a sample recording when you have the time, it would greatly help us recreate an environment similar to yours and investigate the issue further. We truly appreciate your patience and help in fixing this issue.
