I have recently upgraded from a Panasonic GX7 to a GX8 and I now cannot open the RW2 files. I have checked I have installed the latest version of Camera RAW and that the camera is supported. Any ideas, please?
Unfortunately, pse 12 can only use up to camera raw 8.5 and your GX8 requires at least camera raw 9.1.1

Are you sure you didn't download the adobe dng converter?
Anyway, unless you upgrade to pse 15, you'll need to use the adobe dng converter to convert the GX8 rw2 files to dng copies which then pse 12 should open.
