ram memory full while using camera raw

When using camera raw it starts to slow down after editing a couple of images then finally freezes, after restarting raw and photoshop it;s back to working well, then starts to slow down again.

I've reset everything,  I think I've done everything that I've found to be suggested, can you help please?
