Raw Update

I am looking for an update to Photoshop Elements 15 Camera RAW.

I have a Panasonic ZS70 that creates RAW2 file, I have done an update to Elements and it indicates that all the updates have been executed, when I display the version that I have it indicates is version Elements 15.0 and when I display About Plug ins for Camera Raw it display and indicates that I have version 9.10.0.739 and according to Cameras Supported by Camera RAW indicates that I need 9.10.1

So how and where can I get Elements to update the Camera Raw.?

    The update will only update to the Version 9.10.0.739 the Cameras supported by Camera Raw indicates that I need 9.10.1 which apparently is all ready available some place otherwise it would not indicate that is what you need.

    so my question continues
