I have been using reflections removal for a few days on occasional images but it has now stopped working regardless of whether I chose 'preview' 'standard' or 'best'. I have tried restarting etc to no avail.

Hi @ikonmina! Thanks so much for reaching out!

Could you share a few more details about what’s going on? Is this happening with every photo, or just specific ones? Do you see any error messages when you try to use the tool, or does nothing happen at all?

If you’re able to send over a screenshot of the issue or the affected photos, that would be super helpful!

Thanks again!
Alek

Hello,

Thanks for your response. I am using a desktop PC running Windows 11,
Photoshop 26.8.1 and ACR 17.41. The desktop is quite an old one but most of
it has been replaced with newer / faster bits over the years. A check show
that my graphics are compatible with PS.

I have recently returned from holiday with a number (quite a large number)
of RAW images to process. Some of them include reflections and denoise
seemed to be working fine until yesterday when it simply stopped working. I
have tried using the three options 'preview' 'standard' and 'best', always
on RAW images, but to no avail. Incidentally, I don't understand what the
three options actually offer and why I would choose one rather than another.

Denoise takes its normal time to run but then there is no change to the
image. There are no error messages.

I attach a reduced size Jpeg image so that you can see what kind of image /
reflection)s) is involved. I can send more if required. It has just occurred
that you might want the original RAW image which is 13.74MB. I could send
that image and others via WeTransfer if required.

Thanks again.
