Remove Reflections not working at all in lightroom classic or photoshop camera raw. Have tried all fixes suggested on Adobe support page.

Remove reflections does absolutely nothing in LR Classic and Camera Raw in Photoshop. Have tried all fixes suggested on Adobe website. Both were recently updated to latest versions.
