Right way to the hell

I am long time user of ACR. All of us know problems about new version. I did downgrade because the version 12.3 was unusable. Today I tried new version 12.4 with expectation that all bugs will be solved. Haha. Almost nothing. Crop tool is still same (no classic version)! UI is confusing. If you use Crop tool the image remains small or big (no automatic fit to window).

Sorry but I pay Adobe Creative Cloud and I want to have new version which will work. I do not want use old version for years... It would be nice if someone competent from Adobe tell something. And I don't count unusable online chat support.

It looks like Capture One Pro will be at the first place for me.
