Rotate

In Adobe Camera Raw 13.0.2, installed yesterday, geniuses have placed the Rotate Right/Left icons in some dark closet. After studying Adobe Expert Julieanne Kost's blog with great interest, I find that her ACR updates are based on 12.3 something-or-other, but not 13.0.2.

Nevertheless, in her post under "Complete Guide To Shortcuts For Adobe Camera Raw," under the sub-heading: "Crop, Straighten, and Rotate Tools" she states, under bullet point 15: 

• Tap the R key to rotate an image clockwise or use Command + “[“ (Mac) | Control + “[“ (Win)
  • Tap the L key to rotate counter clockwise or use Command + “]” (Mac) | Control + “]” (Win). Italics mine. 

I find this does not work. 

Could someone tell me if there is another solution or keyboard shortcut which activates the Rotate Tool?
