Simple raw processing

I'm looking to evaluate Adobe Camera Raw's demosaicking with other demosaickers on some DNG files. This is being complicated by ACR apparently applying some Color Correction and tone mapping. How do I either disable these altogether or make it apply a known CCM (say one of the two contained in the DNG) and known tone map (say the sRGB tone map or just a gamma correction)?

I've already disabled everything else I can see: sharpening, denoising. I've set it to use the Adobe Neutral profile as it seems to apply the gentlest CCM and tone map. Do I need to make a custom profile? I tried doing that but was unable to get the results desired.
