Slightly different 'camera raw requires graphics processor issue'

So we have the issue, but it seems to manifest slightly different than other complaints Ive seen.  Laptop is pretty new, 4060 graphics card.   When we restart the PC, camera raw works fine, and will continue to work fine for a random period of time.  Then at some point(no pattern that we can see) when we go to open up camera raw it will give us the graphics processor error, and the settings in photoshop for camera raw say that it couldnt use the graphics processor due to an error.   

Any idea on this one?
