Suddenly Camera Raw will not open from Bridge when I double click on an image.

Suddenly Camera Raw does not open from Bridge. I would double click on a raw file in Bridge and Camera Raw would open the file for editing.  This is how I worked from day one and after upgrading to 2021 it continued to function in this manner. In the last day (10/25/2020) when I double click on a raw image file in Bridge, Camera Raw does not open instead it goes directly to Photoshop.  I've tried resetting Bridge by using the CTRL+ALT+SHIFT and selection all three options in the dialog but but that didn't work.  Can someone help me with fixing this problem?
