Why has super resolution started renaming my files to "Merged" instead of using the original file name + "Enhanced" suffix

Thanks @JP Hess and @TheDigitalDog issue resolved now, I was using PS on Mac to crop and save scanned images, they showed up in Bridge and woud open in Camera RAW, complete the super resolution but would then rename the enhanced image as "Merge", after much head scratching with no results I tried to use super resolution in LR only to find that the images from the file wouldn't show up, again after much head scratching I found that PS wasn't appending the cropped image saved files with the .jpg extension, after adding the extension to the file name all is good now, hope this makes sense and helps anyone else who might have the same issue.

Not my experience, Camera Raw 13.4, Windows 10 Home Premium. Still adding "Enhanced".

Ditto for me on Mac (Big Sur). I see "Enhanced". If I optionally "Add to stack" no difference. All working as expected.
