"Super Resolution" Grayed Out JPG

Question

I followed the instruction here to open the jpg in Camera Raw, but after clicking "enhance" all the options are grayed out. What am I missing?

Hey, @rpb172023. Welcome to the Camera Raw Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. If you're using Photoshop to access Camera Raw, please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.

Does this happen with a specific image or a series of images? As a test, use Adobe Bridge to Open the image in Camera Raw & check if that shows you a difference.
